fantastic stay, central location and amazing host!
central location amazing host
the location was very nice it was just steps away from the center. parking was included and i found that to be a major bonus! mark was an amazing host he was very helpful and provided great recommendations for exploring yorkshire. the room was clean the bed was super comfortable i slept like a baby!
i noticed the room decor was a bit dated i think some fresh updates would really enhance the overall feel

the room was clean and tidy i especially liked the comfortable bed it ensured a good night's sleep. tea and coffee facilities were included in the room which was really handy for a quick refreshment after a long day.

location was excellent. it was six minutes walk to the minster. i found parking to be a real benefit.. mark, the host, was constantly helpful. tea and coffee facilities were available in my room.

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to the main attractions. the room was clean. the host provided tea and coffee in the room.
the street noise was noticeable. it was difficult to sleep because of traffic. the curtains did not block all the light. the tv signal kept breaking off.

helpful host walkable distance
The host was helpful. He allowed us to park early and gave us keys. This location is near the city centre. It is a very walkable distance. The facilities appears clean.
The room I was in had poor water pressure. It took a long time for hot water to appear. The TV signal kept breaking off.
